Tried Lazo Empanadas for the first time this morning, and ordered a spinach empanada... My gosh, it was so savory. The filling was flavorful and delightful and the crust was crispy and flaky. I am certain that I will crave these in the future and will definitely be back.

This is our favorite place to go when we are looking for a bite to eat when we are at the Edgewater Market Place. They have a good variety of empanadas. The spicy ones actually have a good kick to them if you like spicy. My favorite are the ground beef and ham and cheese ones. They also have sweet ones. They cook them as you order them, so it takes a few minutes to get them. But they are hot and good when you get them.
